Recently used apps widget - accidentally deleted

Hi,

I had a medium sized widget on my Home Screen that used to show my

recently used apps. So things like Google or any recent apps I had opened. I accidentally deleted it and now can’t work out how to get the same type of widget back. I can create a widget but it’s only giving me options for photo/time/date etc.

I'm pretty sure the widget you are using is "Siri Suggestions". You can find and add in the widget menu.

On your home screen, hold down a random app and select Edit Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the widget menu, tap the little "+" in the top right corner, and scroll almost down to the bottom where you find Siri Suggestions, select the desired setup and tap Add Widget.

Over time, the apps you see will change to the apps you use the most.

Your Widget will learn over short time which apps you are using and then it will start suggesting them again. Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually insert the apps you may want to see in that widget.
