Changing status of business on Siri

I have made numerous attempts to change the status of my business from permanently closed to open using the map feature and reporting an issue. it still says permanently closed. Is there another avenue to try since this is costing me a lot of business?

Siri has stopped giving driving directions and does a websearch instead I’ve noticed this happening more and more, and it’s really irking me. I just asked Siri for directions to Lucie Stern theater in Palo Alto. She did a websearch instead and replied with a chipper, “Check it out!” So, I asked for "driving directions." Same results. Finally, I tried, “Siri, open maps and give me driving directions to the Lucie Stern theater in Palo Alto, California.” Nope, random web results as she responded, “Okay, ... results for open maps and...." What’s her deal? I’m using an 11 Pro running 16.2. Thanks!

iOS 16.4.1 Siri, CarPlay and Apple Maps issues Had hope that apple would fix CarPlay, Siri and apple maps issues that have crept into ios 16.x. Unfortunately the following issues still exist: In CarPlay or while Apple Maps is navigating the following used to work: If maps are not the focus in iOS 15.x you could ask Siri to show the map. Now when you ask this Siri asks what business you want to search for. Show Route Detail or show detail - This now tries to search the web Show Route Overview or show overview - Tries to search the web Map zoom in or Zoom in - Sometimes tries to search web, sometimes says you can change this is zoom settings (not a valid suggestion) Map zoom out or Zoom out - Sometimes tries to search web, sometimes says you can change this is zoom settings (not a valid suggestion) Have logged a complaint with tech support, but no results yet. Of course this makes driving less safe, as now you have to touch the display to make these changes that used to be enabled with voice.

Siri calling streets by the wrong name in IOS maps Siri has been calling streets a different name than what the maps app displays as the name. For instance, here we have two streets that run perpendicular to each other, Miller St and Main St. Siri calls both of these streets “Market St” even though the app displays the actual names. I don’t even think there’s a street named “Market” in our city. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?
