Free trial for Apple TV not really being free

Why was I charged 14.99 for a FREE three month trial for Apple TV? That’s not a hold that’s an actual charge to a card therefore it’s not free and that’s false advertising! You have no right to do that and the only time my card should be charged is when the free three month trial period is up then if I want to continue having Apple TV at that point you should be legally able to charge my card. Why is your company saying it’s a free trial when it’s really not? That is also not a hold that’s too much for a hold to see if the card works a dollar would be acceptable. How do I get a REAL free 3 month trial as PER YOUR advertising because I did purchase a brand new iPhone and I should get my three months free Apple TV without being charged? Because that’s not a free trial that’s 4.99 per month I am basically paying for 4.99 a month for it, so that wouldn’t be free would it? false advertising I don’t understand how that’s legal!
