I qualify for one ye free Apple TV but after I put in credit card info it say one week free then 4.99 a month. Why is it going to charge me after 1 week when I have a ur free?

I am signing up for 1yr free Apple TV because I just got a new iPhone and qualify for 1yr free Apple TV but after I put my credit card info in it says only one week free 4.99 after that. Not sure Who I need to ask this question to?

Please see this checklist. The last step is on how to contact Apple for assistance in redeeming the offer. They will want you to redeem if you qualify, and help accordingly.

If you can't redeem your promotional trial of Apple TV+ - Apple Support

Be sure to redeem the offer on your new iPhone.
