Apple TV ESPN App not working: "Playback Could Not Be Started" 0066: No account returned from UPDA

I can watch some items in ESPN app in APPLE TV but not all. College sports get message above.

I have Directv Satellite for cable service

If you have a subscription for ESPN included in the package from your TV provider, then contact that TV provider for support.

If you have a subscription for ESPN from ESPN directly, then contact ESPN for support.
