There is no setting for it and it cannot be disabled. It is part of iPadOS and cannot be disabled.
This sucks! Why shouldn’t we be able to make that decision instead of apple. Had I known, I wouldn’t have download 15.
I hope they add the option to turn it off, I really dislike it.
