Samsung SSD external hard drive

My drive works great on every computer I’ve plugged it up to but there’s a mac at the recording studio I work at that runs Mojave that it doesn’t seem to be discoverable on and idk what to do I’ve googled everything and only thing that comes up is stuff that relates a corrupted hard drive which my drive is not. HELP!

Whom to Contact:

Talk to the Network Administrator. Perhaps you do not have the user privileges to access it on the computer.

Perhaps. So, try creating a different administrator account.


Network Administrator:

I'm referring to configurations that are set up by the person who administrates the network --not an Administrator use of the computer. So, contact them if you cannot configure this.
