my Facebook notification does not notifying How do I fix it

My Facebook does not show banner on screen like the other app, I always check on dot notification. How can I fix it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Change notification settings on iPhone

  2. To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...
