How to resume update

My update has “paused” itself, for the past 12 hours. How do I get it to resume ? I am connected to power, battery reads 100%, built the update is stalled.

My update has paused and I can't restart it, any suggestions? I had poor reception when I first tried to download the update. The issue is resolved( by taking my devices to another location) but its still paused and I have no option to restart. Is there a way I can get things moving, or is my only option to wait things out?
