Terms and Conditions for Updates

Hi there,

I want to update my applications on my IPhone, but when I try to update them it says, that I have to accept the new terms and conditions. Problem here is, that those are not loading, I simply get a empty white box. I tried restarting and resetting and even logging out of ITunes and AppStore, restarting and then logging back in. But nothing seems to work. I still just get the empty white box.

Hi Sören,

We understand that you're having issues accepting the terms and conditions for the App Store, which is stopping you from updating apps on your iPhone. You've taken some great steps already with your iPhone. Do you see the terms and conditions by going to Settings > App Store or Settings > tap your name near the top > Media & Purchases > View Account?

Another step you can take is to ensure your iPhone is fully updated, to see if that may help as well. If there is an available update, you'll want to backup and update as seen in the articles below:
