RSA SecurID desktop app disappears

Just wanted to throw it out there that I experienced a scenario where my app window was not visible even though it still appeared to be running. I found the post here on the community clear back to like 2016 where this was observed, so I figured it might be useful to others to know its still happening. I am on macOS 11.6.3 and downloaded the latest available RSA SecurID client which is 4.2.3 as of this post. It seemed to work well initially, but after a few days it disappeared on me. I searched and tried several things but it was the post I found about running the app in a configuration with multiple monitors and adjusting the screen resolution that I was able to get it working again. I changed the setting in displays from "default for display" to scaled. After making an adjustment that changed the resolution the app immediately became visible again. I scaled the resolution down and moved the app to make sure I could place it where I wanted and then changed the setting back to "default for display" and it is working now. Hopefully this might help someone else if you have the same trouble.
