Can't sign out of the apple id on my iphone xs

When I enter my apple id through the settings (tapping my name) and scrolling down to the sign out button I discover that sign out button is greyed and it is impossible for me to press (photos included (1)) there is also an infinite loading of my devices' part and it wont stop loading. I'm trying to sign out in order to reset my phone. I tried to reset without signing out but at the last step when phone demanded the password for my apple id and when I entered it right, it gave me an error like in the picture 2.

My connection is okay. What can I do to sign out, or at least reset the phone without any serious consequences.
