how can I reload the photos on my Apple Watch? I chose a new album to be viewed on my watch but it still shows me the old one and doesn’t upgrade the pictures to new ones

Watch app shows I have 15 photos on my watch In the watch app on my iPhone when I go to 'general', 'about', it says I have 15 photos. When I open the photos app on my Ultra, there are no photos. I never knowingly put photos on my watch and don't want to either. Can anyone tell me why the watch app would say I have 15 photos? Thanks.

Delete Photos on Apple Watch I have an Apple Watch Series 3 and I am trying to update the watchOS to 7.0. I only have 3gb of free space and I need 3.1gb. I am trying to delete photos and have already changed the photo album setting to an empty folder on my iPhone. When I go to General > About it is still showing 15 Photos. When I go to the Photo App on my watch it says No Photos. Where are these photos and how do I delete them?

Removing photos from apple watch I received a notification that my watch storage is full. It said to go to apple watch app on my phone to remove photos. When I go to the app I can only access updating and since I have no storage I cannot update. This is VERY frustrating. How can I remove the photos on my watch without removing them from my other devices????

Hi in the app watch /photos set up the options like this , you should select which photo album you want the watch to get synced and how many pics you want , select custom no mirror my iPhone
