CarPlay won’t connect with Bluetooth after latest update

I have a 2021 Camaro, and ever since I bought the car, my iPhone 13 pro has connected to CarPlay via Bluetooth. After this latest update 15.3.1 I have to actually plug in the phone in order to use CarPlay. I have turned on and off Bluetooth (and/or Wi-Fi), I told the phone to forget the car and the car to forget the phone. Re-synced everything and still no luck getting it to work through Bluetooth again.

Anybody else have this pro, and if so, did you manage to get it fixed and how?
