Have problem with signing into apple tv. Will not sign into Apple TV account. Says I am signed out of my apple account . Do not own any apple products Only own Android. Just signed up with Apple TV made a account even put a credit card number in. I can't even watch shows login in with chrome explorer on my phone or PS4. Yes, login and password are correct, I have tried multiple times.

It seems this issue is account related. Possibly some account details are not complete or not accepted as valid.
Please review the support article on new accounts for things that you may have skipped or done differently. If you haven’t done so yet, do respond to the test email to validate the email for account use.
Or contact Apple about issues with this account in relation to use of the Apple TV app.
This seems to affect more people than just a single account/person. Me and my friend have this exact same issue and I saw a couple of other posts about this too. We got an offer for 3 months free subscription on Apple TV+ so we signed up for it. We have created an Apple-ID, verified the account, added twofactor-authentication and added billing information. However we can log in on the web and watch from the browser BUT whenever we try to log into our account on the Apple TV app on Nvidia Shield or Chromecast with Google TV it says "logging in" and then it lands us on a page that says we are signed out and have to log in again. Whenever we log in again the same this happens so it's just an endless loop.
So what did Apple Support say?
All account details have been filled out and done and verified,
