Your iPad Pro 12.9” has only one USB-C port. This is the only connection port on your iPad.
There is an additional Smart Connector - but this is on the back of the iPad - and only facilitates connection of an Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad - or an Apple Smart (folio) Keyboard.
Other visible apertures are the four built-in speakers - and microphones.
