I have a 2022 MacBook Pro 16'' and it was doing Optimized Battery Charging for a few weeks or a month or so. Then last week i took it unplugged for a few hours ONE day. And now it is at 100% again for like 10-13 days!
I don't see anyway to force it back into Optimized Battery Charging mode.
The optimized battery chafing feature is on. But perhaps I need to do something additional to activate it. Please let me know.

I also called Apple Support and they had no idea why it wasn't work but did confirm I had all my setting correct so it should be working. They also had no idea how long one should wait before it starts working again. They said the OS deicides how long it should be before it switches to this optimized battery mode and no manual method exists to ask the device to now enter this mode.
They did tell me many times how I could manually exist the mode but I kept having to explain I want to enter the mode not exit it. :)
I also noticed that my energy usage is also not being tracked. I also asked Apple Support and even second tier support this and they didn't know what I should see under energy usage. Is this normal?
I've had the same issue a number of times in the past. Sorry I don't know of any way to force it or anything else you can do. I have found some macOS versions better than others and Monterey has worked flawlessly for me (but I have seen a few reports from others that Monterey wasn't working as well as their previous macOS). The only suggestions I can make is to either wait it out or contact Apple Support to see if they can help (there is a Get Support link at the top right of this page).
Mine shows information in both graphs for all 10 days.
Personally I’m not worried about mine -- it's been flaky off and on (although much more consistently working since Monterey). My battery performed well and lasted for years even before they added this feature.
The only thing I can think to suggest is to periodically run it unplugged.
