Trade In Tracking

I already received my new device but I dont know what is the state of my trade in kit to return my "old device", how can I tracking?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2

In fact, I had to contact support so that they could give me the tracking number with UPS since in the purchase section, although the item appeared, it did not show the TRACK option. With support it didn't take more than 5 minutes for them to give me the ID and validate the status.
