my husband used apple pay to transfer money to STC pay Here in saudi arabia, but its been hours but it did not credited to his stc pay account.. and it is already deducted to his personal account in SNB, what could be the reason why it was not transferred immediately? And how can he retrieve the amount sent to stc pay? And where to go to follow up reageding this matter? What he sent was quite big amount. ..

Thanks krish. I called Al ahli bank regarding may transaction with stc pay, they just told me to contact the stc pay services. Then, i called the stc pay hotline, it seems like they were wondering about my transaction as i have exceed the amount for this month. They said i have to wait next month to recieve the money.

Nothing, i contacted the STC pay customer service, they collected my id and they processed after 1 day. Total time took for transfer is 5 days.
When was your transaction done? I made mine last lFebruary 23, I have contacted my bank and told me to contact the stc pay services, if they not return the money for 24hrs they will make an “objection” like that, but i was adviced by the stc pay to wait this month as they going to release the money next month which is this month. I called then this morning and follow up them, they said , i have to wait for 48hrs as they going to forward my concerns in the management. finger crossed. Lets wait and see..
still pending from last 4 days. I’ve raised the complaint in my bank and as well as stc pay. Stc pay customer care told me that amount will be credited in 3 working days. But still not received the amount.

Yes. Its says, it will not process because i exceed the amount of transaction. Yet they still deducted the amount in my account.

even if you call your bank, they will still tell you to contact stc. Stc told me to wait for 48 hours. It's now 72 hours but I haven't received mine. There is a big problem with stc pay
I have just received mine after a series of follow up calls. I pray every one gets theirs as soon as possible
I made the transaction on 26th February, stc pay team is not serious. If they don’t credit my money in 24hrs, j don’t know what I will do next. We are making losses simply because of them. Money is meant for business but they keep us at bait.
