I just upgraded my iCloud for more storage, will the apps I had previously had that was removed for lack of storage how do I get those back?

I have upgraded my iCloud for more storage, my previous apps on my iPhone had disappeared due to lack of storage, how do I get those back?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

Check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.
