Fitness app -- view calendar of workouts only

I used to be able to see a monthly calendar showing which days I worked out as recorded on my Apple watch. Something has apparently changed. Now I can only see a monthly calendar showing all of my fitness rings. Since every day has fitness rings, I have to check each day individually to see which days have closed "Exercise" rings. And 30 minutes of exercise sufficient to close a ring may may not be an actual workout. Since I'm pretty active, almost every day has a closed exercise ring regardless of whether I recorded an actual workout. I don't want to spend 30 minutes figuring all this out every time. I just want to glance at a calendar to see how many workouts I've done this week. Is there a way to check this?

Yes that is the app I’m talking about. But. It an answer.

When I click fitness, summary, workouts then I get a listing of all of the workouts by date. But it’s not a calendar view. It’s just a list of workouts. If I took the list and compared it to a calendar I could see my pattern of workouts —- how many each week—- but that’s too much work.

I would like to see a CALENDAR VIEW showing my workouts for the month. There’s a calendar view of the fitness circles but again, it’s too much work trying to figure out the workouts from the fitness circles. . I just want to see a calendar view of my workouts.
