Welcome to the Apple Community.


Wondering when the monthly subscription period begins and ends ?

If this is a new subscription:

Your subscription may not start until the next monthl;y billing period ?

or

Could be just waiting for authorisation from your bank, or financial institution.?


Apple support has an article online (link below) that may help:


How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed

Says:

"If you see a pending charge for a small amount

If you update your billing information or add someone to your Family Sharing group,

a temporary authorization hold for a small amount might appear on your statement.

Authorization holds are removed by your card issuer or financial institution after a short time".

As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this Community,

we have no way of checking out any problems you might have with the app.


You might want to check the program is compatible with your hardware / software.

The Webpage above says:


Compatibility : Last log

iPhone. Requires iOS 9.0 or later.

iPad. Requires iPadOS 9.0 or later.

iPod touch. Requires iOS 9.0 or later.

Wondering what the problem is ... were you able to install the app ?
