iPad Connection to Zoom Using a Cable on a Windows computer

My university has Windows computers on podiums for classroom use. I'd like to connect my iPad, via a cable, to Zoom. I know that you can do this with an MacBook or iMac, but not Windows. I thought I remembered seeing somewhere that there is a plugin available that will allow a Windows computer to recognize an iPad for screen sharing. Any thoughts? I also know that I can connect using WiFi as a guest, but our WiFi is not stable and is constantly disconnected which is annoying for the students to watch. Thanks.
