Photos are freezing when you try and zoom in on them.

When I open a photo and zoom into it, the app just freezes and I can’t zoom in. This seems to happen most with pictures that have text in them??? I’m on an iPhone 23 pro and latest software 15.3.1

photots taking a second to show up when opening photos app i recently transferred to an iphone 11 and when i open my photos app the photos seem to be loading as i scroll up the photos library. and when i completely zoom out of the whole thing everything is grey apart from a few photos. this is very annoying! how to fix?
