It was some sort of security on their end.
I explained to them and they did something on their system, in no time, I was good to go.
Just tell them, you usually buy packs or whatever you are trying to buy and they will verify your accound and do the necessary adjustments.

To solve the problem you must follow the instructions in the message.

I would contact Apple again, it is not a PayPal problem, it is something on their end.

Look at the screenshot in the first post in this thread. If you have the same problem that is what you should do. If you have a different problem you need to describe it.

When you click 'Find out how to remove all payment methods', it will bring you to another Apple article, see -> If you can't remove a payment method from your Apple ID

At the end -> If you still can't remove a payment method, contact Apple Support.
