You can also react a bit proactively, just saying it didn't work, that doesn't help much.

You can tell us at which point you stumbled and what error message do you get.


You can also visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance.

You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.
