I'm paying for 50GB iCloud storage but I'm only getting free 5GB

I am paying for 50GB iCloud storage but my backup failed because I’m only getting the free 5GB storage. What do I need to do to get the 50GB

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB ot 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your e-mail box.
