XR connectivity

The Apple XR is horrible for phone calls, as the caller cannot hear me well, regardless of using different headsets, speaker etc.

Unfortunately, I bought from Mobil Klinik (2nd hand) so I may be hooped but even 2nd hand $500 is crazy to have to trash/replace my phone after a few months.

Has anyone had any success getting their phone repaired/replaced from Apple?

Software Update Issues The day after the previous software update on my iPhone 12 anytime a call would come in, I could not hear the person calling unless I turned the speakerphone on. The phone did not get wet or dropped or anything, the only change was the software update. Please help. After searching this topic I’ve found it’s very common, and scary considering apple has already been sued for doing this kind of thing to get people to buy new phones. Anyway, some settings were changed and I was able to get the speaker to work sort of. It’s extremely quiet and I can barely hear through it but the volume is all the way up. Furthermore, when connected through Bluetooth in my car, there’s glitches when calls come in, lots of them. It shouldn’t be an issue.

Apple CarPlay not working correctly for phone calls Apple CarPlay has been working perfectly on my Kenwood Head Unit for everything except for phone calls. Caller can hear me talking but I can not hear caller talking. The unit was working perfectly until apple done their latest software update (iPhone 13 Pro Max). I have taken my car to our local Frankies Auto where the unit was purchased and they have said that Apple needs to do another software update to correct this issue as everything on my side is set up correctly. Is this the best place to contact Apple regarding this? Thanks

SMT306406 as i purchased iphone 12 on (06/11/2021) through flipkart services, and i had an issues on phone call so i can’t able to listen the people voice while connected in calls, i explained the issues and furnished the mobile to the service center in chennai more than an while, but the problem from the mobile is not rectified, so am requesting you as an enduser of your product , please rectify the product problem or replace the mobile!
