Hi, my bottom speakers randomly stopped working on my iPhone 11 for music/videos however, they work when I am on speakerphone. I have tried to adjust settings but am not sure what to do now.
Force-quit Safari, and force-restart the iPhone, and try again.

There is only one speaker on the bottom of the phone.
One is a microphone.
