I bought a Apple Watch second handed and the original users Apple ID and password I do not know and it prevents set up

I bought a second hand Apple Watch from a pawn shop and I am unable to set up do to not knowing the original Apple ID and password used for original set up

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Return it and get your money back if you can. It's useless. There is no way to bypass the activation lock. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock.
