I logged out of my iPhone yesterday, and logged back in later... and found that almost all of my pictures disappeared from my iPhone (I must have clicked something wrong). They are still on iCloud. How can I get them back when there are >3,000 pictures? There seems to be a download limit at 1,000 picts... And I was hoping that the existing folder structure (and geo tags, etc) won't disappear....

Did you "log back in" with the same Apple ID?
Settings, tap your name banner at the top of the screen, iCloud,
Is iCloud Photos turned on?
Then
Settings, tap your name banner at the top of the screen, iCloud, Managr storage, do you have spare storage or is it tammed full? If full you may lose access til you upgrade the storage plan.
Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage storage. Are you paying for enough storage?
