can I get my photos back if I clicked (remove from iPad/iPhone ) in syncing on iCloud?

How do I sync Icould photos to my iphone SE? After logging out of my Icloud account on my Iphone SE all my photos are gone. IWhen logging into Icloud on my PC I see all of them are still in Icloud, but I do not know how to sync them again with my phone, so I can also see my photos on my phone?
