How to add or restore Voice Memo to my Utilities or Control Centre on my iPhone 13

Control Centre:
Go to Settings > Control Centre > scroll down and tap the green Plus (+) left of Voice Memos to add to Control Centre

Add the Utilities folder:
- If Voice Memos is not in the folder, touch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps begin to jiggle.
- Drag and drop the Voice Memos app over to the Utilities folder
