We understand that you want to unlink a game from your Apple ID. It is not possible to 'unlink' a purchase from your Apple ID, it remains a part of the purchase history for that Apple ID. What you can do is hide a purchase if you don't want to see it in the list of purchases. Take a look at this article for how to hide a purchase:
