Bluetooth audio

i have tested multiple bluetooth earbuds with my iPhone 11. All of them have no sound on the right side, however my audio works just fine and I get sound on both earbuds when using the wired headphones. Any suggestions? I have also verified in my settings the mono option is turned off and both earbuds are in equal balance

Hello,

Hmm, it seems like that you've tried all of the normal solutions.

You've tried this, correct?

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.

The last thing to try is to check the earbuds for dirt or ear wax:

How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods

Good luck.
