GS apple credit card not reporting to bureaus for 3 months now. why?

I paid of all of my creditors including my GS Apple credit card in early Jan 2022. 0 balance. My Credit report shows all my other accounts as paid. the only holdout is the apple card. Not only that, but the last documentation my Fico has was November of 2021. All of the credit bureaus show the same information. So it has not reported to the credit agencies since November of 2021. It is now Mid February. more than 45 days that apple says it takes to report. What gives?

This same thing happen to me. Used the card for purchases over Xmas 2021, and paid if off in full the 1st week of Jan 2022. GS finally got around to reporting my paid off balance in April, taking 4 months. Because GS reports inconsistently, the card is a liability to use. In fact, I haven’t used it and will not use it, going forward.

I have a similar experience. To answer Jeff below: I have had my Apple card since Dec 2020. I charged a computer then & paid it off in full on Aug 8, 2021. On Sept 15, 2021 it showed paid on the credit bureaus. 38 days. All good. Happy.

In Nov 2021 I put another computer on my card. I paid it off that computer in full on 1/8/22 (notice same day of month I paid card in 2021). I read that they report mid month each month. We have now gone past mid Jan & mid Feb (48 days now) & still no changes to my credit bureaus. This is the ONLY card I have any charges on in my credit report & I am waiting for it to happen so I can bounce my credit score up higher or pre-approval for a mortgage.

Soooooooo frustrating! I can't get how big, successful companies like Apple or GS Bank can't have a system that reports consistently like all other card institutions who all manage to do this month after month after month. They certainly have the technology to do so & they certainly take my money fast LOL.

Is your Apple Card account a joint account, meaning you have a co-owner?

There are reports on various social media platforms that the reporting issue can be resolved by disputing the reporting with Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Once disputed, the reporting issue is usually resolved in a couple of weeks.
