I’ve literally tried every way on how to make my iPhone ahow the trust this computer notification… reset location and privacy, networks… reset the phone… but still doesn’t work… every time I connect my phone to my old android it charges my iPhone but does not show the notifications… any help please?

The iPhone is not meant to connect to an Android, an Android is not a computer. That is why it won't trust. What exactly are you trying to do?
Transfer WhatsApp history chats
You cannot transfer that information. That is an issue with WhatsApp. Contact them for assistance, but I'm not sure they have come up with a way to transfer your chats from Android to iPhone.
