iPhone can't be connected to Macbook after updated.

After I updated my iPhone to the newer version natively on itself, I always got this alert on my Macbook when I connect both devices together to sync data through USC-C to Lightning cable. By not restoring my iPhone to the factory settings, is there any other recommendations?

*Both devices are running the last version of MacOS and iOS.

*This happened to me for several times since the previous iOS updates.

Hi hourkimhul,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

First, follow the steps in If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support and try again. If the issue persists, try to sync your device in Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.
