Dropped Calls/ Call failed

After numerous testing by my network it was determined the dropped/failed call was due to the hardware. Apple ran many tests and I’ve spent more time trying to have the issue resolved than even being able to use the phone. Finally, it was noted as being an issue with my hardware and I was sent a replacement device for my iPhone 13 pro max 1TB. I have even replaced my SIM card with a new one and ensured the iOS is upto date….. needless to say I’m highly frustrated because the replacement device is no better than the first one. Every single call drops or call fails. How can this be fixed ?

Hello, yes I have. They have ran their tests, checked the pings to the cellphone towers of the some of the locations Near my usage and also outages plus how many other users have complained. There are no network issues and apple has stated it’s a hardware issue. When I read other peoples issues seems like it’s a iPhone 13 issue. I’m frustrated because my new phone has the same issues. Not sure what more apple can do.

I am having the same issue. SOOO frustrated. Interestingly, my son just upgraded to iphone 13 and has zero issues, has 5g. I can barely get LTE. Same house, same carrier. Just spent another hour with carrier + 2 hours with apple, including resetting my phone 2x. Since all "diagnostics" check out, they don't want to do anything. I want my old 6s back - zero issues with dropped calls or connectivity!!
