I requested for repair my 12pro . I had insurance with that phone. that's why I have to pay 107$ but first when I requesting for that , in that time you guys said 1001$ WILL be authorized hold happened now and when I return back my products you guys are relive my rest of the money. but you guys didn't send me any invoice about it. can I get the boys invoice copy .like hold amount and repair costing and release amount .

You should contact Apple Support again about that. Only they can look into your personal data and settings.
Give them the details about the repair and they will be able to look into that, to find a solution.

Did you already get an email form Apple that the product you returned has been received by Apple?
After that they will release the hold on your credit card and send you the invoice for the repair.
