Apple Music

I was using Apple Music on the free month trial which expired on the 14th of this month. I was then added to a family but I can’t play or download any songs on the app. Tried turning my phone on and off as well as signing out of my iCloud and back in but i still can’t play or download anything. How can I fix this?

Did the Family Organizer send you an invitation join the family group and did you accept it? Also see the 'If you can't accept the invitation' section in:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

Does the Family Organizer have a Family subscription to Apple Music?

If so, you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
