Apps are stuck on "waiting" after transfer. "Prioritize download" does not work. I have to resort to cancelling these one by one and install manually from app store.
Why is Apple software SOOOOO annoying? My husband's new Google Pixel phone transfers everything automatically in 10 minutes. The software quality is several orders of magnitude worse than Google. This is sad.

Downloading apps to your phone may be delayed based on your internet speed and the number of apps downloading at the same time. You don't have to delete and redownload apps from the App Store. You can pause apps you don't want to use at the moment and prioritize downloading apps you need.
