I bought new iphone 7 plus, but phone is not opening, instead the apple logo is blinking when connected to charging. Please help to turn on my iPhone

The issue is in my new iPhone 7 Plus and not configured. Apple logo is blinking and turn on/off, Phone is connected to the USB charger.

Please follow the steps in the following link for support with this issue: If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
