Refund problem

Hello! I issued a refund, which “SKYVPN” deducted from me 19,990 kzt, through the APPLE website. The claim status has been updated to read "My original payment method has been refunded for this purchase." What does it mean? Did they return the money? Because I removed my card from APPLE so that nothing else would be charged. And nothing came to the card from APPLE. I just can't figure out what that means! Can you explain? Thank you in advance for your willingness to help in any situation. but it would be great if you created a Russian-language support for APPLE. because it is quite difficult to describe your problem in a foreign language in such a way that it would definitely be solved ...

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


Removing the card won't itself affect the process. If it's no longer valid or you haven't gotten the refund after that time, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
