Hi there. Could you describe your issue with more details? Try the following (though knowing the exact problem would help me help you better)


1) Shut down your Mac and restart it


2) Shut down your Mac and right after clicking the power button, hold down Shift to enter Safe Mode. See if the issue persists here


3) Reinstall macOS (your files will remain unaltered though it is advised to use Time Machine to back it up if possible)


4) If you have backed up your Mac with Time Machine, resetting your Mac and restoring the backup using Migration Assistant may work.
