I can i stop the battery notification when charging. It keeps me awake all night.

It should sound just once, at the beginning of the charging process.

Shouldn't be this case, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device + charger + cable inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
