Arcade…how do I find it? On my iPhone.

In the App Store. If it's available in your country, you will see an "Arcade" icon at the bottom of the screen.

Apple Arcade Not Searchable i found a post about Apple Arcade not being searchable on its own, but it was closed. So, I’m starting a new one. It seems so strange Apple doesn’t set a search perimeter for “Arcade Only” as this a paid service. I know I would play many more games in the Arcade if I could search for only the kinds of games I enjoy and not have to scroll through every game. I’ve seen a lot of games mis-labeled or the label is too vague. Scrolling through the entire “Puzzle” catalogue is very frustrating to say the least.
