iPhone 7 microphone is already being used by another application ?
The microphone on my iPhone 7+ stopped working yesterday. Now I see the message "iPhone 7 microphone is already being used by another application" .WHY ?

It sounds like there's an app using your microphone. We see you may have already reviewed If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working.
Were you able to try all of the steps in that article? If so, let's go ahead and close all of your apps to ensure there aren't any apps using trying to use the microphone:

Next, Restart your iPhone.
Test the microphone again. You can try creating a voice memo to see if it works: Make a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone
