Are you actually referring to "Hide my IP"? If so, you will find enabling and disabling in the Privacy tab of the various Apple apps (Mail, Safari, etc.)


If you are referring to "Private Relay", that is set up in your AppleID in System Preferences.

It is not clear what your issue is. All ip addresses on local networks are private. You can't turn off an ip address. You can turn off your wifi so that you are not connected to the network and therefor will not be assigned an ip address.
