Weird scam emails in my inbox.

I use Mail on my iphone SE. I'm getting emails with the To: Apple->. Apple isn't my email address but these emails are in my email inbox. Again this is the To: line not the From: line. I seem to get a lot of scam emails from the UK. It does not do any good to block the domain. I tried. These scammers just switch to another domain name. Scammers use hundreds of domain names.

Are these spoofed emails and how do you stop them ?

Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for replying but this article does not address why I’m getting emails sent to Apple and not my email address. Why does the To: line say Apple-> ? It should be To: my email. I changed my Apple ID password but still getting these emails. I have two way authentication.
